Complaints Resolution Process

We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly. Please follow this process:

  1. Step 1: Submit your complaint in writing via email to info@yeli.co.za. Include your full name, membership details, and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Step 2: We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a reference number.
  3. Step 3: Our team will investigate and provide a substantive response within 10 working days.
  4. Step 4: If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the National Consumer Commission (NCC) or, for data privacy matters, the Information Regulator of South Africa.
